That’s why we’ve included time management in one of our modules, when you take on a sales course with the Institute. Here you’ll learn how priority is given to activities related directly to selling.
You’ll also study an analysis of how the time spent on work related activities is conducted. You’ll gain an understanding of how time spent on specific work tasks is adjusted as a consequence of the analysis.
